Honor the Moment

What is an Interfaith Minister?

An Interfaith Minister is a minister who has studied the religions of the world and sees the truth in all of them. We honor all paths, believing “never instead of, always in addition to..”

What is the process for getting a marriage license in NC?

Check here.

What does the minister wear?

I wear a ministers' robe and an Interfaith stole. (see pictures under ceremonies) There is occasion when my client would prefer me not to wear the stole which is fine.

What is your fee?

There are many variables for every ceremony such as location, date, time and complexity of the ceremony. If you email or call me with the particulars of your ceremony, I will be able to tell you the fee amount.

What is the process for planning my ceremony?

After we meet, you will pay me a deposit and I will start writing your ceremony. I will start by e-mailing (in “MS Word”) some sample ceremonies to choose which seems best to you as a good beginning template. Once we have a starting place I will edit and create until it feels perfect. This process involves some ongoing communication between us.

When should I initially contact you?

The more time I have, the better, although I usually can accommodate writing a ceremony with a week or two's notice. (Funerals and memorials do not apply) NOTE: If I have more notice there is a better chance that I will be available on the day you want.
